Through technology, our students develop ideas, concepts, and knowledge. Students might participate in knowing to do, knowing to be, knowing where, and knowing to transform (Siemens 2006). In this process, students interact with each other about things they are interested in because through technology they can connect with different perspectives of knowledge. In that way, teachers lose control of what students read but gain understanding when they contribute.
