CONNECTIVISM

LEARNING INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY ALONGSIDE STUDENTS
By exploring new technologies together, teachers and students can collaborate to solve problems, create projects, and navigate digital tools. This shared experience fosters a learning community where both parties learn from each other. This kind of interaction creates easy relations and easily impacts students with concepts of a subject matter.
CONECTIVISM

According to the interview done with Professor George Siemens, who coined the term of connectivism. Education should focus on what students think and the relationship established between learning and technology. He encourages the teachers to get closer to technology centering attention in creating a very robust learning environment.
Through technology, our students develop ideas, concepts, and knowledge. Students might participate in knowing to do, knowing to be, knowing where, and knowing to transform (Siemens 2006). In this process, students interact with each other about things they are interested in because through technology they can connect with different perspectives of knowledge. In that way, teachers lose control of what students read but gain understanding when they contribute. Students think by relating new concepts with their conceptions and giving a critical point of view.
